UNUSUALLY LARGE FIBULA. BEARS MARKS OF BYZANTINE ORIGIN. PROB BELONGED TO A C11 ECCLESIASTIC (B1).
INNER SURFACE GILT (B3).
FIBULA OF LARGE SIZE WITH CHRISTIAN EMBLEM. DATED BY COMPARISON (EG MINCHINHAMPTON, GLOS & ASHENDEN, BUCKS) TO C4/C5 (B4).
SAUCER BROOCH CRUCIFORM WITH CURVED ANIMALS - EARLY AS (B8).
