PIT EXPOSED ON EDGE OF PARKING AREA, PARTIALLY EXCAVATED BY TOM CLARKE. SOME LAYERS OF ASH OBSERVED & SAMPLES SENT TO BCM. 1 MED SHERD RETRIEVED. WHOLE ASSOCIATED WITH MED DOMESTIC USE? (B11) Photo of quarried limestone from area filed. Also photos of pit and map extract giving location.
