MATERIAL AROUND PIT HAD BEEN DISTURBED, BUT SEVERAL FRAGMENTARY PIECES OF BRONZE & PAIR OF BRONZE TWEEZERS WERE FOUND AT SAME LEVEL AS PIT, 60CM AWAY, ALSO 2 PAIRS OF TWEEZERS FROM AREA AROUND PIT. SIMILAR SIZE & SHAPE, 1 HAS SUSPENSION RING (ILLUS)(B1).
DATING PROBLEMATIC, AS SAXON DISTURBANCE. AT BCM (B10).
