Description

Grade II. One of the best surviving examples of a chairmaking workshop characteristic of many which housed the town's main traditional industry. C19, whitewashed brick ground floor, weatherboarded 1st floor. Roof now asbestos corrugated sheets. 6 2 light casements with glazing bars, ground floor wide passageway on right, 1st floor doorway above passage (B1).
