Description

Grade II. Barn range with late C18-early C19 4-bay barn at E. end, and 4 slightly later bays to west. Refurbished C20. Timber frame with C20 weatherboard cladding, flint and brick plinth, tiled roofs. N. side has half-hipped projections to bays 2 and 6, the left with garage doors, the right with cart doors. Cart doors opposite on S. side. C20 door in W. end. Curved principal trusses, the E. barn with curved braces to ties, the remainder with diagonal bracing and central partition. Lower flint and brick range attached to W. end, formerly stables, has been converted and is not of special interest. Included for group value (B1).
