Description

Grade II. Barn. Late C18. Flint and brick base walls with timber framing and weatherboard above. Old tile roof. 4-bay barn with cross wing and cartshed at N. end. Barn is aisled on W. side and has off-centre cart doors, gabled to W. Elbowed principal trusses, small braces to ties and aisle plate, single purlins. Cross wing and cart-shed are later, the cartshed with flint and brick rear walls, half-hipped roof and 4 bays, one weatherboarded. Included for group value (B1).
