Description

Grade II. House. Circa 1780 with slightly later lean-to to rear. Knapped flint, gauged brick quoins and surrounds to openings, dentil eaves with course of blue headers below, old tile roof, flanking brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Paired wooden casements with pointed arched heads, Y tracery and glazing bars, and bonded brick surrounds. Central arched board door with top lights. Lean-to has matching casements and door in plain brick surrounds at right end. Interior: stone surround to large fireplace with depressed arch and keyblock; staircase with stick balusters (B1).
