Description

Grade II. Former barn, converted to house. Mid-late C18, altered early 1980s. Flint base walls with brick dressings; timber frame with weatherboard cladding above. Old tile roof, C20 brick chimney. 5 bays. E. side has central gabled projection of flint and brick with weatherboarding replacing cart doors, and lean-to extensions to flanking bays. W. side has large central window in place of cart doors, and C20 barred wooden casements to remainder, the upper windows in gabled eaves-line dormers. 3 C20 doors. Queen strut trusses with some braces to tie beams. Included for group value (B1).
