Description
Grade II. Two houses. C17, altered C19 and C20, with mid C19 block to right. C17 part is mostly rebuilt in brick but retains timber framing to upper storey of left bays. Old tile roof, brick chimney to left of centre, later brick chimney to left. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Irregular C20 wood and metal casements, central C20 door. C19 block is of brick, rendered to right side and rear, with cogged eaves and hipped old tile roof. 2 storeys. Right side has 3 bays of 3-pane sashes, and central French doors with semi-circular fanlight. Original door moved to lobby in angle with C17 wing. Interior of C17 part has more fragments of timber framing, good curved wind-braces in left bay, and queen strut trusses. Irregular arrangement of ground floor bays (B1).
