Side walls and rear are of flint and brick. Flat eaves, hipped slate roof, flanking brick chimneys with cogged heads. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Renewed 4-pane sash windows; central flush-panelled door, top-lit, with blind fanlight, semi-circular gauged arch and C20 flat- roofed brick porch. Fire insurance plaque above door. Head of blocked cellar window to left. Rear has 2 bays of 3-light casements with cambered heads, the lower windows metal, the upper leaded. Central flush-panelled door with later lean-to wooden porch. Small lean-to to each side (B1).
