NEAR EVERSHAW FARMHOUSE ARE 2 FIELDS CALLED UPPER & LOWER CHAPEL FIELDS. IN THE LOWER FIELD ARE TRACES OF A MOAT, & IN DIGGING, FOUNDATIONS OF BUILDINGS HAVE BEEN MET WITH (1862)(B3).
