Description

Grade II. Cottage, now offices. Probably C17, altered C20. Coursed limestone rubble with brick ridge and end stacks and plain-tile roof with darker coloured tiles in zigzag patterns. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. C20 stone porch to left of centre. French window to centre, 3-light casement windows to ground floor left and right and to 1st floor, all with lintels. Cogged brick eaves. 2 hipped roof dormer windows with 2-light casements. INTERIOR: ogee stop-chamfered spine beams (B1).
