Description

Grade II. Former cottage, latterly office accommodation. C17, refronted in C18 and extensively refurbished in 1980s. Brick front, mainly red brick with grey headers on grey brick base. Other elevations are stone rubble. Old tiled roof with end brick stack. 2 storeys and attic in gable end; 2 windows. C20 three-light casements. INTERIOR: original rafters remain though the interior has otherwise been gutted (B1).
