ABBEY CHURCH WAS RECTANGULAR, 33 X 8M, FORMING S SIDE OF RANGE. ONLY REMAINS ARE PART OF N WALL ADJOINING SACRISTY (NOW REFECTORY). AT W END IS C14 PISCINA & E OF THIS A BLOCKED DOORWAY. DESTROYED AT DISSOLUTION? (B2-10,B12).
DOOR TO NIGHT STAIR NOW EXPOSED, PILLAR BASE & S WALL, SEEN IN UNDERPINNING (B25).
