Description
Grade II. Six terms. Early-mid C18 half-figures of French or Italian origin on later pedestals. Carved marble. To south of fountain term represents Syrinx, a woman being turned into reeds. To east is a figure of Pan with goat-skin, staff and pan-pipes. Figures to north west of fountain represent the four seasons in the characters of Flora, Ceres, Bacchus and Saturn.
