Description

Grade II. Barn. C18. Timber frame with brick infill to lower walls, weatherboarding above, and rubble stone plinth. Slate roof. 4 bays. Waggon entry in third bay opposite later single bay extension to rear. Roof trusses have braced tie beams, queen struts and straight braced double purlins. C20 open lean-to to front with timber posts and braced wall plate. Lower flanking outbuildings are C19 and not of special interest (B1).
Barn converted to dwelling and roof changed to thatch in about 1999.
