Description

Grade II. Barn. C18. Timber-framed and weatherboarded on part rubble but mainly brick plinth. Old tile roofs. Seven bays with wagon entry in fifth bay from north with gabled porch on west side. 2 bay lean-to to left of porch and on right, continued across south gable elevation and returned along east side for 2 bays as open fronted cartshed, all under catslide roof. South gable hipped. Interior: 5 south bays have jowl-less posts and mid-rails to walls. Raking queen post trusses, straight tie-beam and wall braces. 2 north bays appear later C18 with jowled posts and queen strut and collar truss (B1).
