MR R W STEWART OF LODGE FARM TOLD TOM CLARK THAT A METAL DETECTORIST FROM APSLEY HAD FOUND C.60 COINS IN 1 AREA. MR CLARK CHECKED & FOUND 7 WORN AE MINIMS. PRESUMABLY A HOARD (NB SAXON COIN FROM SITE: 01:000)(B1). (ALSO LATER FINDS OF IRON AGE COINS: 02: 000 & CASS 06183).
