Plan Form - H SHAPED
MANOR HOUSE, NOW 3 COTTAGES, 2 STOREYS, OF C.1600, ALTERED & PATCHED WITH BRICK. ROOFS TILED (FURTHER DETAIL) (B2).
WAS AN IMPORTANT TIMBER-FRAMED STRUCTURE. ORIGINALLY BUILT EARLY C14 WHEN H-SHAPED WITH SINGLE-STOREY HALL BETWEEN 2 CROSS WINGS, SHOWN IN EXCAVATION. DEMOLISHED 1969 (FULL REPORT)(B4).
