Description

'AKEMAN STREET STATION' AT NGR(B4). A SMALL STATION, 2.5 MILES S OF GRENDON UNDERWOOD JUNCTION(B1). THERE ARE NO REMAINS OF THIS STATION. THE SITE IS NOW THE S TERMINUS OF THE LINE FROM GRENDON; A SIDING FORMERLY CARRIED FREIGHT TO/FROM A FERTILIZER DEPOT ADJACENT BUT IS NOW CLOSED COMPLETELY(B5).
