WITHIN CLAY DEPOSIT A VERY SMALL WASTE FLAKE FROM UPPER HORIZON OF BURNT FLINT. MUCH BURNT FLINT ALONG FORESHORE. 5M UPSTREAM 2 CALCINED FLINTS IN ORANGE CLAY DEPOSIT. LATER VISITS FOUND MORE BURNT FLINT, 6 MESOLITHIC STRUCK FLINTS, & 12 FLINTS FROM FORESHORE (FURTHER DETAIL)(B1).
