Description

ADJACENT TO CASS 01875, EXCAV BY CVAHS IN 1969 & 1982. ARCHAEOLOGICAL DEPOSITS SEALED BENEATH 0.5M OF MODERN OVERBURDEN, CUT IN PLACES BY POST-MED FEATURES. EARLIEST DEPOSIT A PERIGLACIAL GRAVEL. LOWEST PART OF DEPOSIT CONTAINED FLINT DEBRIS, BURNT FLINT, BONE & NEO/BA SHERDS (FURTHER DETAIL) (B1-2).
