Description

DURING EXCAVATION 855 PEG-HOLE TILE, 6 RIDGE TILE, 2 FLOOR TILE, 17 BRICK FRAGMENTS RECOVERED. ALL CAME FROM SECONDARY CONTEXTS, SOME FROM THE KILNS THEMSELVES. FLOOR TILES WERE AN INSIGNIFICANT PRODUCT. TILE FABRIC REDDISH/YELLOW; BRICK IS REDDER & FRIABLE (FURTHER DETAIL)(BI1)
