TRENCH 1.80M WIDE, 10.5M LONG DUG FROM JUST BEHIND GARDEN WALL BORDERING STREET. NATURAL ORANGE/YELLOW CLAY REACHED AT 1M. NO FEATURES SEEN. NO FINDS EXCEPT LAYER 5: LIMESTONE RUBBLE INCLUDING ROOF TILE/BRICK-PROBABLY C18 DEMOLITION RUBBLE. OTHER LAYERS = C19/C20 ACTIVITY. DETAILS, PLANS, SECTIONS, FILED (B1).
