Description
MIDDLE BRONZE AGE CREMATION IN AN INVERTED DEVEREL-RIMBURY BUCKET URN. THE BUIRIAL WAS SEVERELY TRUNCATED AND THE POT BADLY DECOMPOSED. NOT OBVIOUSLY ASSOCIATED WITH A ROUND BARROW, SO COULD BE PART OF A MID BRONZE AGE CREMATION CEMETERY WITH AN OCCUPATION SITE NEARBY. TOTAL WEIGHT OF BONE: 42.6G. PARTS OF SKULL, HUMERUS, TIBIA IDENTIFIABLE; SUB-ADULT/ADULT (B3).
