1022 SAXON SHERDS FROM EXCAVATION ALL FRAGMENTARY.712 WERE RESIDUAL IN LATER CONTEXTS.LARGEST FABRIC GROUP WAS CHAFF-TEMPERED,THEN QUARTZ TEMPERED,THEN FINE EARLY SAXON FABRICS,36 ST NEOTS (SEE 09:001) & 2 IPSWICH (09:002) (FULL DESCRIPTIONS OF FORMS, FABRICS,DATING ETC)(B1).
