1798 INCLOSURE MAP SHOWS MOAT & 'HOMESTEAD & CLOSE', REV JOHN DEACLE. VCH GIVES DEACLE AS OWNER OF BURBAGE MANOR SO IS THIS A MANOR SITE? (BUT SEE CASS 1740) (B3).
BURBAGE MANOR HOUSE APPARENTLY LAY IN ROWSHAM HAMLET & DEACLE'S ASSOCIATION WITH THIS SITE MAY BE COINCIDENTAL (SEE REPORT)(B4).
