Dimensions - Depth/Thickness 0300 cm
TOP & MAIN FILL OF CHANNEL WAS DARK BROWN AMORPHOUS PEAT WITH WOOD FRAGS, HAZELNUTS & BURNT FLINT. QUITE ROOTY, WITH MONOCOTYLEDONOUS PLANTS. FINDS INCLUDED WORKED ROUNDWOOD, INCLUDING STAKE IN SITU, ANIMAL BONE, WORKED FLINT & IA SHERD. PROB IA DEPOSIT, WITH RESIDUAL MICROLITH. SAMPLES TAKEN (B1).
