HAS RECENT HOUSE STANDING IN IT. HEAVILY WOODED-TO BE CLEARED OUT SHORTLY. NE SIDE HAS DOG LEG - ?2 PHASES (B8).
GOOD CONDITION (B9 ).
Owner reports moat not desilted c30 years ago (B10).
