Description

SITE OF BOYCOTT MILL? A LOOP OF THE STREAM HAD BEEN CULVERTED, C10 FEET BELOW GROUND LEVEL, & EARTH PILED BESIDE (C500M ESE OF BOYCOTT FARM- NGR). NOW PLOUGHED OUT- WHEN PLOUGHING, GROUND WAS V STONY & WAS MUCH OLD POTTERY (B2). CULVERT ON AP (B3).
FOR ALTERNATIVE SITE OF THIS MILL SEE CASS 05213.


A probable water mill site of uncertain date exists at SP67003585 (B4).
