Description

THERE WAS A MARKED FALLING OFF OF ACTIVITY HERE IN C15 & C16. NO PITS HAD FILLS DATED TO C15 & ONLY 2 TO C16. THERE WAS A GENERAL ABSCENCE OF POTTERY OF THIS DATE RANGE, & A FEW C15 FINDS IN RESIDUAL CONTEXTS. THIS MAY BE DUE TO THE CARTING AWAY OF RUBBISH/SHIFTS IN OCCUPATION IN AYLESBURY (B1, P12 & P55).
