MATRIX READS '+ S(IGILLUM ION(ANN) IS MENKED' IN GOOD LOMBARDIC LETTERING & WITH A FOLIATE DESIGN IN CENTRE. PROBABLY LATER C13. MARKS OF CASTING MOULD VISIBLE. ON THE BACK IS A SMALL KNOB (DRAWING). FOUND BY MR ERIC HAVERLY, WHO ALSO FOUND A LONG CROSS PENNY NEARBY (B2).
