FIELDWALKING BY MR N J MARPLES (SEE CASS 05692) PRODUCED SOME DECAYED BONE IN THE VICINITY OF THE CHURCH, PERHAPS DERIVED FROM THE FORMER BURIAL GROUND NO LONGER IN EVIDENCE. (AVAILABLE MAPS DO NOT SHOW A BURIAL GROUND AROUND BOVENEY CHURCH)(B6).
