PRESENT MILL SITE PROB ORIGINAL SITE (B1). 1197, 2 MILLS ON WM TURVILLE'S ESTATE PASSED TO MERTON PRIORY. 1281, FULLING MILL LEASED (01:000) & BY 1304 3 MILLS RECORDED (B2-3). MILLS SHOWN ON MAPS FROM 1637 (B4-9). 1798, 2 CORN MILLS RECORDED (B10). CORN MILLING CEASED 1864 (B10). PRESENT MILL IS PAPERMILL (02:000). NGR to 'Corn Mill' on 1st edition 25-inch OS map.
