Description

A large number of hand axes from Iver dispersed among numerous museums, with no more specific provenance. Many early finds probably came from GWR Pit (CASS 02396)(B9).
Many collected by Mr J Rutland (B1).
Axes described & sketched (B7).
Accounts of Palaeoliths from Iver (B5-6).
Axes described (B2).
Site mentioned in English Rivers Palaeolithic Survey, includes 3 handaxes recorded from railway cutting at Langley (B10-11).
