Description
Grade I. Parish Church. Norman tower; C13 chancel; C15 nave and aisles. Flint with ashlar dressings. Monuments C16-C18. Remains of C15 wall painting. RCHM I, pp 115-116; VCH III, pp 260-261 (B6).

MARKED ON MAP AT NGR (B7).
Wall painting is a mid-C15 Doom placed, unusually, over the S doorway. Part of the figure of Christ seated on a rainbow survives above an angel blowing a bright yellow trumpet. Below the usual scene of the dead rising up. Bottom l. kneeling lady, probably the donor (B8).
