ICEHOUSE, ON OS 1880/5 AT NGR. DEMOLISHED 1930'S. ICEWELL ON DRAWING 1844 - THIS BUILDING? REMEMBERED AS A BEEHIVE-SHAPED, UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE WITH A TILED ROOF. (NB: EARLIER ICEHOUSE STOOD ON FAR SIDE OF HOME PARK, NOW FORMING THE BASE OF QUEEN CAROLINE'S STATUE, & IS BLOCKED UP) (11).
