Description

Dimensions - Length 850cm, Width 600cm.
HOUSE PLATFORM EXCAVATED: LARGE AREA OF FLINT COBBLING FOUND & POSITIONS OF 2 BUILDINGS LOCATED. WALLS OF A 2ND ROOM FOUND IN 1965. A PIT SEALED BY COBBLING FOUND. PLATFORM DATED TO C13/C14. ABSENCE OF FLINT SUGGESTS BUILDINGS WERE TIMBER-FRAMED (FURTHER DETAIL, SITE PLAN ETC)(B3-4,B9).
