OLD MANOR HOUSE(SEE CASS 02961) IN DECAY SO WENMAN FAMILY MOVED TO'THE LODGE', NOW TENANTS HOUSES (BI1 ).TWYFORD LODGE, A FARMHOUSE, IS ON SITE OF A FORMER MANSION OF THE WENMANS. CONVERTED INTO A FARMHOUSE IN EARLY C18 & TAKEN DOWN IN 1857 (BI2-4). PRESENT TWYFORD LODGE IS AT NGR(BI5)
