Description
Grade II. House, part probably a canal office. Mid C19, altered. Pebbledash and render, hipped slate roofs, pebbledashed chimneys with rendered cornices. One storey and basement, front to canal of 4 bays. Bays 1 and 3 have paired casements with cast iron lattic glazing bars, right bay has C20 barred wooden casement. Second bay has canted projection with 2-light window to front and single lights with marginal glazing to sides. Basement has irregular early C20 windows and lean-to. Entry to rear, which also has 2-storey semi-circular projection and similar early C20 windows. Included for group value (B4).
