In 1968: A derelict group of buildings stands at the S end of Bourne End by Hedsor Lane, was attached to a Board & Craft Paper mill which still works. Buildings consist of a rag shed (with cutting engine), boiling houses, stuff sheds, a drying shed, a boiler house and warehouse. Originally water driven by the River Wye. The drying shed has open & close slats. Machinery & fittings include a large rag cutting machine in place; an elm 'stuff' truck; and a 'Lancashire' boiler with electric forced draught engine.
