Description

1788, 1814, 1825 watermill at approx NGR (B1,B3-4).
1862 Dunn Mill worked also by steam (B5).
Suggests water power ceased c.1911 (B8).
1261 records of watermill in Whitchurch (B9).
Mill house remains converted into a private house. No machinery. Mill pond survives (B12).
Dunn Mill recorded in 1667. Overshot mill with 26' diameter wheel (B14).
Detailed historical notes, 1930s condition and photograph. Standing dismantled in 2006 (B15).
