SIR HUGH BERWICK MENTIONED AS HOLDING HIDE MANOR IN 1349. AFTERWARDS DESCENDED WITH HALL BARN. HYDE FARM IS DOUBTLESS ON THE SITE OF THE MANOR (B1).
