Description

DISCOVERY OF A SUBTERRANEAN BRICK STRUCTURE, PROBABLY A BRICK KILN, PARTIALLY EXPLORED BY I RODGER & D WHEELER. KILN WAS PROBABLY IN USE DURING EARLY C18-EARLY C19 (SEE I RODGER'S NOTES ETC FILED & PHOTOS OF SAMPLE BRICKS). MR RODGER ALSO HAS A COPY OF DEEDS OF 1 OF THE HOUSES IN THE ISLAND(B1).
