SO-CALLED MANOR OR FARM OF SEYMOURS HELD BY MUCHELNEY ABBEY, SOMERSET, BEFORE THE DISSOLUTION, & THEN BESTOWED ON EDWARD SEYMOUR EARL OF HERTFORD. LATER HELD BY BRISTOL CATHEDRAL UNTIL 1862 WHEN FREEHOLD PURCHASED BY WETHEREDS (MANORIAL HISTORY) (B3).
