(OTHER) DOMESDAY MILL, GT BRICKHILL- SWEWNES MILL (1251), OR ITS PREDECESSOR? PROBABLY STOOD ON RIVER OUZEL, SW OF PARISH, ON BOUNDARY WITH SOULBURY. IN C17, WAS 2 MILLS UNDER 1 ROOF? IN C18, REAPPEARS AS PAPERMILL - GIVES NAME TO PAPERMILL FARM (B5).
MENTIONED 1793 (B6); & 1798? - BUT SEE CASS 02001 (B2).
Detailed historical notes and 1930s condition. Slight foundations remain in 2006 (B9).
