STATUETTE, CIRCULAR BASE. NUDE MALE WITH CRESTED HELMET. BALDRIC ON RIGHT SHOULDER WITH SWORD ATTACHED. HOLDING ANIMAL SO MAY BE HYBRID ROMANO-CELTIC VARIANT OF MARS. FOUND C200M RADIUS OF NGR (B1-2).
FAKE? (SEE CORRESPONDENCE FILED). IDENTICAL TO EXAMPLES IN RIJKSMUSEUM, NIJMEGEN & BCM412.1983 & ALL FORGERIES (B3).
