Description
Dimensions - Length 88mm.
Flat butted cordate hand axe, iron stained, probably rolled. Picked up during fieldwalking at SP8237 1950, from a terrace gravel beside a small stream (B1).
A flat butted cordate Palaeolithic handaxe was found in a ploughed field at SP82371950 in Hardwick by D Waterton (B2).
