SP 835312. A 3rd century AD Roman bronze radiate head coin was found on the surface of a field by R W Griffiths in 1965. OBV.& REV.& RULER ILLEGIBLE. C4 AD. MINT ILLEGIBLE. FINDS OF OTHER COINS REPORTED. NO SIGNS OF ACCOMPANYING OCCUPATION LOCATED. FOUND SE OF SALDEN WOOD TIP (B1-2). GIVEN TO BCM.
The whereabouts of the coin is not known. It is possibly associated with the nearby Roman occupation site (B4).
