Description
Grade II. Dwelling and 2 shops. Probably early C18, altered C19 and C20. Rendered with plain-tile roof with incised masonry patterns and C20 plain-tile roof. Probably 2-unit plan originally. 2 storeys and attic; 5-window range. Wide central C19 sash window with moulded wood surround and straight hood on 3 shaped brackets, flanked by C20 shop doors, that to left approached by 2 stone steps, that to right approached by 1 stone step. C20 shop windows to far left and far right on rendered canted bases. Narrow window to 1st floor centre with C19 margin glazing, flanked by 12-pane sash windows. Plinth rendered rusticated quoins. 1st-floor storey band and wood modillion eaves. One gabled roof dormer window to right. Left side has rendered storey and eaves band, and C20 window to gable. 2-storey wing projects to rear right. Narrow 2-storey wing to rear left parallel to front range (B1).
